Pretzel M&M Hugs

If you are looking for a yummy, easy treat to bring to your next get together look no further! These Pretzel M&M Hugs are quick to make and delicious to eat 🙂 Plus, you can make tons and they are freezer friendly. You can alter the shades of M&M’s and the flavors of the Hershey’s Hugs to match any holiday –> Red and Green M&M’s for Christmas with the mint Hershey’s Kisses, Red and Pink M&M’s with Raspberry flavored Kisses for Valentine’s Day. Here are all of the wonderful flavors of kisses available (during certain holidays)


  • Pretzel M&M HugsPretzel squares or rings
  • M & M’s
  • Hershey’s Hugs/Kisses
  • Parchment/Wax paper
  • Cookie Sheet


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment/wax paper
  3. Cover sheet with pretzels so that they are evenly spaced
  4. Place an unwrapped Kiss/Hug onto/inside of each pretzel
  5. Place in oven and bake for about 4 minutes
  6. Remove from oven (Kiss/Hugs should be soft and just melted) and carefully place 2-3 M&M’s on each melted Kiss/Hug, pressing down lightly.
  7. Let cool a bit then place whole sheet in the fridge (or outside in the winter if you live in MN!) for 10-20 minutes.
  8. Eat a few then package the rest to bring to your get together or to give as a gift!
